Creating a Job Description is not the easiest of tasks but with few components this exercise could be simplified.

  • Hiring Manager
  • Reporting structure
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Key Skills
  • Desired Skills
  • Educational credentials required
  • Travel percentage involved
If these are stated, it would be a very simple task for the employer and the potential employee to make the decision.
