A study was conducted by AC Nielsen ORG-MARG which declared Chennai aka Madras as the Top Metropolitan city among the top 6 metros in India. Mumbai and New Delhi ranked fourth and fifth respectively.
Among the total of 18 State capitals covered, Chandigarh ranks first (undoubtedly), with a total score of 144, followed by Chennai (118) and Kolkata (108).Will this get more Talent down to Chennai and Chandigarh!! Time will Tell :)
